We’re building a service around your home’s needs, your preferences and an agreed scope. Availability, visit frequency and any additional work will be confirmed before service begins.
Arrival preparation & provisioning
Pre-arrival readiness, approved household settings, groceries and supplies from your list and budget. Coordinate cleaning and linens, and help with an agreed departure reset.
Household errands & upkeep
Inventory management, deliveries, mail collection and forwarding. Scanning only with specific owner authorization. Accessible filter and battery replacement, basic smart-home setup and troubleshooting, and small upkeep tasks within an agreed scope.
Vendor coordination & access
Coordinate estimates, scheduling, owner-approved access and follow-through for handyman projects, plumbing, electrical, pest control, snow removal, landscaping and lawn care. Specialist work stays with appropriately qualified providers.
Seasonal & waterfront coordination
A year-round maintenance calendar, with coordination for sprinkler blowouts, winterization, furnace tune-ups and seasonal opening or closing. Arrange dock labor and boat ownership needs through suitable service providers.
Gatherings & personal requests
Help coordinate event plans, rentals, provisioning and vendor schedules, with a separate scope and budget. One owner contact for requests, approvals and updates.

Home-watch visits and condition reviews are limited to visual observations of accessible areas at scheduled times. They are not licensed home inspections, technical system evaluations, security monitoring or emergency response.
Minor maintenance is considered only when the specific task fits verified skills, applicable requirements and coverage in place. Licensed or specialist trade work, heavy dock work and boat servicing are coordinated with appropriate providers; these are not represented as Whitecapps trade services.
Visit schedules, access, purchases, vendor charges and any additional work require an agreed plan and owner approval. Services are being developed, and not every request or service idea will be available at launch.
